Patrick Sandman

Mr. Sandman is a commercial litigator and represents individuals and businesses in state and federal court, predominantly in Texas. He has significant experience in taking and defending depositions, preparing fact and expert witnesses for trial, and drafting and arguing dispositive motions.

Biography

Before joining FDL, Mr. Sandman worked for one of the largest law firms in the world and participated in then largest multi-district litigation in American history. He served on first bellwether trial teams, including the team to obtain the first defense verdict. Before private practice, he clerked for federal judges in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Mr. Sandman has recently prosecuted and defended claims involving non-solicitation and non-compete provisions, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breaches of fiduciary duty in Texas.
