Patrick Dean

Mr. Dean is a transactional attorney who provides strategic counsel to clients to help efficiently grow and protect their businesses across a wide range of industries. He focuses his practice on private equity and corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, divestitures, recapitalizations, and general corporate governance.

Biography

Before joining the firm, Patrick practiced at two prominent national and regional law firms. He also served as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Judge Jane Boyle, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He graduated second in his class at Texas A&M University School of Law, where he also served as an Articles Editor for the Texas A&M Law Review. Prior to the practice of law, Patrick worked as a Landman in the oil and gas industry in locations across Texas, North Dakota, and Ohio.
