Internationally, our team has conducted investigations in dozens of countries across Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption laws. Our attorneys have worked on some of the largest and most complex FCPA and anti-corruption matters in history. Our white-collar defense attorneys regularly represent individuals and companies in federal and state courts, both criminal and civil, and at both the trial and appellate levels.
