Our Complex Litigation practice is devoted to helping our clients pursue their interests both in and out of the courtroom. In each of our areas of practice we assist both plaintiffs and defendants in evaluating the possible outcomes of litigation, from potential losses and their probabilities to expected legal fees, and weighing them against potential settlement options.

When settlement is not an attractive alternative, we represent our clients aggressively in both state and federal court. Our trial lawyers handle litigation ranging from relatively straightforward matters to complex, multi-district issues. In trial, we make full use of technology to most effectively present the case and, particularly in more complex litigation, manage its many details.

In addition to representing our clients at the trial level, we also, when necessary, follow cases through the full appeals process while continuing to evaluate settlement options relative to the probable outcomes of appeals.
