Arianna’s practice at the Firm focuses primarily on corporate transactional work, banking and real estate transactions. She has experience representing financial institutions in connection with a variety of lending transactions, including energy, tribal, commercial real estate, and asset-based lending. Arianna’s experience also includes corporate finance and M&A transactions.
Arianna Cole joined Frederic Dorwart, Lawyers PLLC as an Associate in 2021. Arianna graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law, with highest honors, in 2020, where she received the honor of the Order of the Curule Chair and was the Business Manager of the Tulsa Law Review. Arianna received her B.S.B.A. in Management summa cum laude from Oklahoma State University in 2017. In law school, Arianna served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Stephanie K. Seymour of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and as a student representative on the Board of Directors of Tulsa Lawyers for Children.
