Nora O’Neill has experience as a commercial litigator with state and federal courtroom experience.
Nora O’Neill joined the firm in 2007 as a commercial litigator. Ms. O’Neill has litigated civil and criminal matters in state and federal courts and also litigates before arbitration panels. Ms. O’Neill provides litigation and advisory services in banking, securities, oil and gas, employment, construction, intellectual property, unfair competition/trade secrets, family law, personal injury, civil rights and class action cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. Ms. O’Neill also defends citizens in criminal cases in state and federal court. Since 2020, Ms. O’Neill has been a member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, representing indigent citizens accused of federal crimes. Ms. O’Neill also serves as an Adjunct Settlement Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma in the Court’s mandatory settlement conference program. Ms. O’Neill graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served on the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. Ms. O’Neill graduated from University of Pittsburgh, summa cum laude, with Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Political Science.
