Chad Thurman

Mr. Thurman’s practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, representing individuals and businesses in state and federal court. He also assists in corporate compliance.

Biography

Chad Thurman joined Frederic Dorwart Lawyers, PLLC as an Associate Attorney in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Thurman graduated from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2024, where he was inducted into the Order of the Curule Chair for graduating in the Top 10% of his class. Mr. Thurman also obtained the highest grade in Selling & Leasing Goods, Antitrust Law, and Conflicts of Law, receiving CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. While in law school, he served as Executive Editor for the Tulsa Law Review, and authored Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Authentic Development: Fulfilling Stare Decisis through the Principles of St. John Henry Newman, 59 Tulsa L. Rev. 539.

Mr. Thurman clerked with the Firm during law school, and for the Honorable Jodi F. Jayne, Magistrate Judge in the Northern District of Oklahoma.
