Mr. Fish’s experience includes over 14 years representing traditional and non-traditional lenders in syndicated, participated, and single lender loan documentation for the acquisition financing, construction financing, and refinancing of raw land, hotels, multi-family, industrial, and other commercial property, including origination documents, modifications and amendments, workouts and other loan related instruments. Zeb also represents lending institutions in the preparation and negotiation of loan documents relating to the financing of personal property assets, including aircraft, equipment, equity interests and other personal property. In addition, Zeb frequently represents real estate clients in the acquisition and disposition of real property assets, including the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, various deeds, easements, re-strictions, estoppels, affidavits, SNDAs, loan documents, and other real estate related instruments.
Mr. Fish graduated from Brigham Young University with a major in Business Management and an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Finance. He graduated from the Baylor University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate, where he was a repeated dean’s list honoree and the two-time corporate scholar recipient.
