Prior to joining Frederic Dorwart, Lawyers PLLC in 2012, Ms. Scott was a corporate attorney for fifteen years with Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc., a publicly traded Fortune 1000 company.  Ms. Scott negotiated franchisee acquisition and creditor workout agreements and administered the corporate compliance program as the chairperson of the Corporate Compliance Committee.  Ms. Scott also provided legal counsel pertaining to information technology and intellectual property issues, employment matters and the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of contracts, including offshore outsourcing agreements.  Ms. Scott was employed by Tulsa law firms prior to joining Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc.
